In order to offer fantastic services at fabulous prices, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. We know, we know…sometimes life gets in the way and last-minute cancellations are beyond your control. Please know that this prevents us from filling your appointment slot with another paying customer. When making appointments, Fiddleheads reserves the right to collect credit card information, which will be charged for every service scheduled in the event of a last-minute cancellation. Boo.

Fiddleheads accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We are unable to accept personal checks.
A 100% deposit will be charged upon booking with a valid credit card. The charge is a deposit to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel within our 24-hour cancellation policy you will be refunded immediately. After your appointment you will not need to pay anything except the $5 PPE charge and any gratuity you wish to apply to your card during the checkout process since you have already applied the deposit.
Refunds & Corrections
We hate to hear it, but sometimes it happens…your service leaves something not quite right. If you feel there’s room for improvement, it’s always best to ‘fess up right away—we want you leaving happy! But of course, sometimes you need to digest. If you’re not thrilled with your look within two days of your appointment, we will gladly do our best to correct any issues that may arise with your hair. Please understand that refunds are not offered for services or products.
We know how it is—you get WAY too many pesky emails. In order to protect your privacy, be assured Fiddleheads never sells mailing lists or any contact information to third parties.
